Gerina Stevenson, who is the Mexican daughter from Rita Stevenson Stevenson and Alan Stevenson Stevenson was born in Mexico. Stevenson is American and comes from a Mexican-American background. Since the age of a child, she's had a keen desire to participate in activities. Gerina started playing golf at the age of 15. Gerina has graduated from Goddard High School. As a high school student, Gerina took home the New Mexico golf state tournament. Also, she played volleyball at the national level. She went to in the University of Texas in 2003. In her senior year she took home the top prize in every competition that was entered. During the undergraduate year, she received Conference USA's individual player of season and UTEP's Female Athletic of Year.
